Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges are never a problem at The Flight Depot. We realize that on occasion you might purchase a product, receive one as a gift, or simply change your mind once you get home with it. Simply return the product to us in the original packaging and in the same condition it was purchased. We do not charge any fees for returns or exchanges. Be sure to ship it to us using a tracking service, like Airborne Express, Fed Express, or UPS.

All products returned must be 100% complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have the original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Returns not meeting this standard may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

We do not accept returns on opened videotapes, DVD's, CD's, or software products.

You, as the shipper, are responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges on all returned or exchanged items. This does not apply except if we shipped you wrong, defective, or damaged merchandise). On exchangd merchandise, we will ship to you using the original shipping method established with your order.

Returns (other than for warranty issues) must be returned to The Flight Depot, NOT to the product manufacturer. Some manufacturers include return instructions with their products. If you return your product to the manufacturer, we cannot assume any responsibility for the product and cannot exchange or make a refund to you.

Allow sufficient time for your return to be delivered to us (typically 5 days).

Credit for Returns

Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the returned item(s) as shown on your receipt.

Processing of the credit is usually within one or two days after we receive the merchandise. Credits may not appear on your credit card account for an additional week to ten days, due to processing by the credit card companies.
