Our 'Shipping and Handling' charges are based on the value and size of your order and the shipping method you choose for the delivery of your order. Charges include both the item processing once we receive your order, packaging it, and shipping it. We ship to you using USPS and UPS. Regardless of which we use, the shipping and handling charges remain the same. For time sensitive material and for those who request "next day" deliveries, we will express ship based on the Shipping Schedule below.

When you are ready to check out , click the "Checkout" button. You will be asked to confirm your order by reviewing the merchandise you have in your cart. You can still delete a product from your cart and change the quantities. The cost of the shipping and handling may not be calculated when you check out. We will advise you by e-mail if the shipping charges will be different than those in our shipping schedule. In most cases, they never change.

Next, click the "Send Order (secure)" button to enter your shipping, billing, and payment information. Enter your customer information. Tell us where you want it shipped, and fill in the billing information. The Flight Depot accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card. Make sure the billing information you enter is exactly as it appears on your credit card.

To complete the order, click the "Send Order Now " button.

ORDER PROCESSING

1. Orders will be held for shipment until all items and quantities can be shipped at once (except for time sensitive material, such as charts and flight publications). 

2. You may cancel an order at any time prior to it shipping. Once your order has shipped, however, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in compliance with our Return Policy. Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.

3. A valid phone number is required on all orders in case we need to contact you. Your order will be rejected if a bad phone number or no phone number is provided.

4. We process your order the same day you order it. Internet orders received after 5 pm EST will be shipped the next day.

5. Most orders are shipped to you directly from our store. However, to offer you the widest possible selection of merchandise, some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Processing of such items may take 1-4 days. Your patience is appreciated.

6. Occasionally, due to demand, merchandise may be out of stock.  If the shipping destination of your order is within the continental US and contains items that are not in stock, your shipping options will include the opportunity to split your shipments so that you can receive in-stock items as soon as they are available (additional shipping charges will apply.)  If you do not wish to utilize this option, we will hold your shipment until all items are in stock. Products not in-stock at the time of your order are typically available for processing within 4-5 business days, unless indicated otherwise.

US ORDER DELIVERY

1. The Flight Depot uses USPS for most of its shipping, and UPS and Fed Ex for its trackable US orders.

2. Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery for orders using USPS shipping methods to continental US addresses. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery for orders using Express shipping methods to US addresses. UPS orders require a signature,so please provide a good shipping address which is attended during the day.

3.If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason (except where the return is the fault of the shipping company, or us), you will be charged both outbound and inbound freight, as well as for shipping the product again to a different address.
